Extended my sub, but im still "trial"

Afternoon, its been 9 days now since i extended my subscription the 8 / 7 / 212 today is 17 and im still trial.

Im frustrated about this, hope you guys could fix it soon and please count on the subscription time those 9 days ( almost 10 now ) that i lost.

I am sorry to see that you are having problems with your transaction.

I looked into your account but I couldn't find your latest payment.

Please email us your unique transaction ID so we can trace your payment. admin@smoothping.com

In the meantime, I have given you 3 free days so you can start using our service again while we are resolving the issue.

Good morning, recently checked the payments track and seems like the card didnt even get charged at all... maybe an issue with google

but anyhow, sorry for the inconvenience, i'll stop playing for a while ( real life stuff ) so nvm. To prove its true u guys can check that i bought few months of smoothping in the past ( to prove i wasnt trolling or anything )
